Check n Go Customer Service

The woman working at the 12271 Natural Bridge road store has been extremely rude each time we have come in. She has absolutely no understanding of customer service. She always has an attitude.

Been trying for 3days to complete my application. Was approved, but they added some random number to my account and now I can't get the verification code to e-sign my application. For 3days I have been trying and spoke to several people and all of them have been inept. Also upon talking to them and explaining my situation, they giggle and state "im so sorry for the inconvenience, i understand your frustration."
No one can seem to fix the issue. Its the most inept company I have ever had to deal with.
I recommend using another company.

Why didn't you give notice to your customers that you would be closing 10 7 2022. You could have given a month's notice. Extremely unprofessional company and I will make sure everyone knows

OMG!! Everytime i try to call Ck n Go they never answer..

I called Check N Go on the third to make my payment. Thought everything was fine. I get a statement from my bank with a 240.00 overdraft because on the forth check n go called my bank and my bank for some reason paid the 130.00 when I only had 21.00 in my account. I am not responsible for any of that. Check n Go said they would pay me back the 130.00 but I have to pay the bank all the overdraft charges which is now 287.00. Is this how you let people run you business? I'm disabled, don't drive. I live on 1044.00 a month. I can't and will not pay the overdraft or my bill untill Check N G makes it right. If I don't hear y you I'll be Cally WLUK, channel 11 and I will let them know how I'm getting screwed. Not my fault

My account is automatically drawn from my account on the 3rd however the payment wasn't requested from the BANK until the 6th. I received a message from ✔ GO that my payment was received on 3rd. My account was charged $29 from the Bank. I don't overstand will this keep happening?

I applied for a loan and they stole $1300 from my account!!!!!!!

I am 82 years old and I caked my Bank this morning. Was supposed have $1.52 in Bank. Said I had $301.52. I called my bank , Woodforest and they said Check and Go had deposited $300. In my account. I have NOT applied for a loan from you. I don't drive and have not been out my Apt. I called no my Bank gave me for you and they said I would have pay $352. Which I do not have. Told them please take your money back. I am on a fixed income and do not have it. Please take your money back. I did not apply for it and neither do I want it. I will have call channel 6 and tell them u are trying scam a 83 year old. Please I beg u retrieve your money. I did NOT apply for it. Don't drive.

Hello. Terre Haute,In. The lady that works for you. Is very rude to people with her calls. She has stopped a few people and friends from coming back because she is so rude. I've been with you for over two years. Had to stop.asked her was she from Terre Haute and she said that was a threat. Just was wondering if use to see the loyal customers they come in all the time. Ran a lot of customers to checking cash.

I was at the 833 Allison-Bonnett Memorial Dr. Ste 101 Bessemer AL 35023 today (October 8, 2019) around 11:45am-12 noonish. The lady was extremely rude as I tried to explain to her that I had never been to a Check n Go and was from FL. I only needed to cash a small check. The only information she gave me was that I would not be able to receive cash back from cashing my check and that it would have to go on to one of their credit cards. I had not heard of anything like that before, but agreed.
She did not tell me that there was a fee ($5) associated with this. She kept calling her friends and putting them on speaker as they talked about previous customers, fried chicken, irs, and other irrelevant issues. I waited around 30 minutes and started asking her if she was almost finished. She gave me a stern look and said, "It's going to take a long time!" I asked, "How much longer please?" She stated that she had entered all of my personal information. She threw my check at me and said, "Sign it!" I asked her at that time if there is a fee. She said, "Yeah $5." I asked, "Well aren't you suppose to let the customer know so that we can decided if we want to pay that fee or not?" She said, "If you ask, then I'll tell you and if you don't like our service, you can get out!" I asked, "How would you feel if I talked to you in that way? I have already explained to you that I am not from here and that this is my first time." At that time, the person on the phone decided to call her back later. The very rude employee conveniently threw my ID, ss card, and check at me and told me to get out of your store and go down the street to someone else. I have contacted Mr. Davis at corporate headquarters via voicemail, I have contacted the complaint department and spoke with Mr. Ignon, and now I am putting this in the reviews in hopes that the employee be made to stand in her behavior and it be properly address and termination be a consideration. As it seemed very convenient of her to do this to people in general due to the fact that no one is in that office to witness the ugliness this woman chose to show me. For what it is worth, I will NEVER visit check n go again in any state.

I witnessed today a lady who says she is a manager with store #186 San Luis Obispo, CA sell what looked like cuatonmers private data i will never ever go back to this store ever.................

Myron, store manager should be terminated immediately! Myron is rude, lacks professionalism, diplomacy, and tact. In contacting your offices, instructions were provided to report to the Bexley, Ohio locationon East Main Street prior to 530pm in order to be serviced. Upon arrival at 5:24pm Myron broadcasted that the store was closing and he would not be taking any additional customers. Myron is the rudest associate I have ever came in contact with and requires additional training. In speaking specifically with an associate over the phone, I was told as long as I was gonna here before 5:30pm, I would be seen. No one else was present outside of employees which appeared to be chatting and in conversation among themselves. These behaviors will undoubtedly destroy your business. Myron was arrogant and down right nasty. Myron is a poor reflection on your business and several alternate complaints will be filed. If customers will not be seen at 5:30pm where the store closes at 6:00pm, don't recommend the customer present prior to 5:30pm. Myron should pride himself on a more proactive approach toward customer service as I will certainly voice publically his novice business management skills. The recommendation is Myron as he loudly stated, I am Myron, Store Manager!' is in dire need of constructive feedback with progressive discipline in place, he will ruin your entity-Mark My Words

Today tried to get a extension because my husband was late for work and the location you have on nine Mile and Harper in St. Clair Shores Mi is so bad..We have been with your place for awhile and it is just getting bad to the point you can't even make a payment cause they can't let you in the building..SMH Unexceptable and when you try to call no one answers at that location..You truly need help at that location and place cause you will be losing lots of customers and I do have lots of bad reviews that's for sure..If need to contact me my number we just wanted help and got nothing..

Why have it taken two weeks to get approval I have given all information required my store has been a great help with this.

Horrible customer service. Used them for Western Union. When my transaction did not go through they refused to refund my money and than made a smart comment stating "good luck calling corporate". Basically, telling me that their corporate office does not care what their teller do or say because they don't need the business.

A payment was made in Friday Dec. 2nd and yet another payment was taken out of my account. I went to the store that Monday morning explained to Ashley what happen and came back with two statement. She then gave me my money and I went home. Only to receive a phone call stating that I had to drive back there and return the money because she failed to realize that the transaction was voided. The drive is an one hr going and coming back to my house! When i got there she told me that my money would be in my account the next day, Tuesday. Still nothing. I called back and she then tell. Me she will call me back with more information and I never got a call back. I called my bank and they said there isn't any pending return for my amount! I finally reached her after 3 hrs and told her what my bank said and she then tells me it will take 3-5 days for my money to be returned to me! in my account. I am left broke with no money to feed me and my child until my next payday, all because of a "mistake" that your employees so carelessly made! And what makes it worse, there is no manager on site! This needs to be resolved immediately!!!

Yes my name is Anita Wheeler I live in Sacramento and I visited your store at 3537 Bradshaw Rd., Rancho Cordova I had a conversation with a lady by the name of Victoria I arrived at the store to pay my loan at 2:30 she had a sign on the door that said she would be back at three are you win get cash out of the bank to pick make my payment and I had a doctors appointment but I thought I'd be there quick enough and be able to make my doctors appointment I was disappointed when I found out that the store had was close especially on the first of The month no prior notice if they was going to be closed him I called back and I explained to her that the doctor gave me some medication and I was in able to drive back up there can I make my payment the next day she tell me know that it would be a late charge if I did why said I came there to make my payment and your store was closed she said I was by myself and I went to lunch well that's not my problem that she was by her self and then she went to lunch on everybody's pay day she was very rude she would let me speak to the manager I know calling another store of yours and I talk to at another branch and I talked to another lady she didn't feel that that was right either and she went on and I have my girlfriend take the money to the bank for me and put it in and they made my payment for me this is very unacceptable on the first of the month your stories how do you expect for people to make their payments and make your payments on time which you would then penalize them and you given no prior warning is at the stores going to be close that is totally unacceptable my name is Anita Wheeler

Your Check'n Go location on North Peoria, Tulsa, OK, seems to never open on time. The hours show 10am, but the small clock on the door shows otherwise. This is not good business. Do I need to patron a different location in order to get better service?

I think that your referral system is the most untrue contractual agreement that you have. I've waited over two months for a lousy fifty dollars. If by chance your customers paid back the money the way you handle your referral you would be out of business. Tango is not the blame. You lost a good person who believed in Check N Go If by chance I need quick loans I will seek other avenues
No help from the branch office asked for the Manager to help also for the District Managment too no avail.

I did a payday loan for $500 I paid it over the phone on my due date however I had got a call back that I was charged the wrong amount for more by $55. Then I was told my the store (on del prado blvd,cape coral, fl.) that transaction was voided so I was recharge the correct amount however it is 5 days later and the original amount is still on hold with my bank account I am very upset this never should have happened

I would like to inform you on o e of your location this location has a rep that needs to be dismissed unprofessional very rude she filled out my application herself was rude about that I asked her the information that I would need to provide her she was rude about that also came with a card that was sent to me from your company for business was rude about that I don't need that well I was asked to bring it when I came to your location at that point when application was finished I asked for my application back because I no longer wanted to do business with your company she was rude about that I can't give you your information back I told her to shred it her comment was nobody wants your information that was not the reason why I asked her to shred my information it's personal information is being passed and I wanted to make sure that my information was no longer and lingering around the office because I did not want to do business with your company she claim she shredded my information I did not hear of Shredder shred my paperwork I'm very unsatisfied and I feel something needs to be done and I would like a phone call back on the way the situation was handled and also I would like to know where is my information my personal information I provided her with my contact number

Well this place is a home. I worked in Franklin DISTRICT in Indiana. And i was sick called off one day. And they demanded a doctor statement or no to my return to job. The Ddo was from out state RF and he brought his buddies with him to hope to make the DISTRICT better he placed them in stores that have good turn over so they get the bonuses and they would party and do no call no shows and still have a job. But I was seriously sick with doc statement but I felt I didn't need show one since I was threated I needed one when RF and his buddies called off or no show when they wanted because partying. What a joke of a place. And the Epp plan RF does not want us provide that to customers. Its the law but RF says try talk them out of it. I HOPE this crooked place gets shut down
