CDW Customer Service

Hello Joseph Theobald (CDW Customer Relations),
Please take a look at the attached pictures of the Toshiba PC I purchased from CDW.
The outer shipping box looks like it was shipped do Baghdad and back, AND the filling was not enough, the smaller box dancing in the big box. The inner box even slightly dented. This shipment was banged around. Unbelievable !! Packed by amateurs ?! And I will only be able to test it in 2 weeks, when it arrives here in Brasil.
My shopping experience with CDW was really disastrous.
My first order with Debbie Zellmer (copy of order confirmation email below) had a three month delivery estimate, but she never told me, or followed-up or answered my emails. Lucky I called CDW after one month, and obviously cancelled that order.
Additionally, on that first and on the second order, she did not follow instructions and put no recipient name on the label, only Bentley Mail Room. Package returned.
So this third order was necessary !! Really hope the PC is not damaged !
As a customer I was treated by CDW just like that outer box. No care, no respect.
Unhappy and dissatisfied and fearful that my goods were damaged I remain.

Complete joke and very regrettable purchase. Contradictory emails, ambiguous delivery method and erroneously set up product. Instead of receiving license electronically for speedy use of software (as indicated) wound up waiting on a physical copy. Poor cancellation system and prohibitive return structure ensure you are locked in for the very poor ride. Seriously worth avoiding this distributor.

it was really big headache & annoying experience to do business with CDW. I have no idea what's the case either this company has hired the bunch of lazy or idiot people. Customer services manager even have no polite skills, they speak to the customers as they are doing them favor....damn it the worst customer services i have ever seen. They force customers to pay the way they want. i told the manager that i wanna lodge a complain & he deny me to transfer to any one else as he is the BIG Boss at the end to someone he just transferred my call with "AND BYE" & that person did not answer or returned the call up to yet.

Horrible service, all they care about is your money, not provide a good customer service
