Build-A-Bear Workshop Customer Service

My order still says pending. It was ordered on November 12th. It was supposed to be here on the 22nd. What is going on. My order number is W5867116.

I am so very disappointed! There is nothing wrong with my address. I've had this address (which is my home address) for 22 years. I've received orders from top companies in the USA. Michael Kors, Wal-Mart, Amazon and others. Sad that Build A Bear has problems reaching U.S. soil from overseas. **If my order was return, why did it take (weeks/month) to get a notification and my refund? It took me to leave a comment review of Build A Bear that I got a refund and answers back right away from this company. It's a sad company.

Hello. My order #W3499278 did not arrive on expected delivery date. I gave it some time because I am overseas. But they did not come. This was my second order I had to redo in December because my first order I made in November was Returned. My grand daughters and I are disappointed for this long delay. I have been sending messages in your customer service but I do not get any replies.

I own intellectual material for Bee Safe or Bee Sorry Game and Stories that feature two character bees and a bear. The material has been published in three formats (board games and CD). It is time for the material to have greater exposure teaching problem solving and character education through bears, bees, and honey.
