checking a 60 year olds ID is not to verify their age, its to collect data which will be used for the social credit score. until you end this corporate fascim, i will shop elsewhere

I just went to BevMo in Paso Robles to buy ONE bottle of wine. Ron Ayer was on a shelf for 18.99, get up to cash register and she says 42.99! Wait what? I take it back with an employee who looks with me at shelf, incorrectly shelved with wrong price! I pick another wine, my credit card is declined 4 times!! I just used it at a restaurant. No problem. My husband checks our bank account at home, no problem. What's up BevMo? I'm never going back. You guys suck.

I was overcharged for a purchase on Superbowl Sunday. I brought to the attention of the clerk. He called a manager to correct the overcharge and the manager got upset with me because he was "kind of busy". There were only 2 people in line and the clerk was assisting them. The manager was offensive and I will never shop at BevMo again. Total Wine & More will be our go to in the future. Of course we could not speak with anyone today on the customer service line. Ignore the complaint until they go away!

Bevmo your policies on scanning ideas is ridiculous there is no need for this and you're losing customers on a daily basis what are you doing with the information and why are you scanning ids. You either trust your employees to do the right job or do their job correctly or you hire new employees instead of losing customers which is what you're doing

BevMo Advertises and sells Angel Envy Cask Strength but gives you the standard version. After purchasing online, picked up at store and when I arrived home it was not the Cast Strength. I called and augured with the store personnel that they are representing the correct product. I had to make a special trip back to the store and was basically told I bought the standard product, I tried to show that the website shows different, after kept showing them they refunded me. Be careful with purchasing anything from them online.

Went to the BevMo on bell and I ordered curb side said my order was ready at 330pm on 7/16/22 I was there exactly at 330pm and waited 25 min had to call store to get an employee to get my order then it was wrong so I had to go back to get rest of order ridiculous horrendous customer service

I went in today with my parent so they could purchase beer for themself. I did not touch anything at any point during the time that I was in the store. The cashier asked for my ID which I thought was very odd as I was with my parent and never touched anything and was not purchasing anything. I was under the assumption that a parent could purchase alcohol with a minor child present in the state of AZ. This was further reinforced by seeing a dad walk through the line with to a daughter who appeared to be about 14 to purchase beer moments later. The manager said that if someone appears to be close in age 18 is ID'd which is odd to me considering a daughter who appeared to be be a teenager did not get ID'd when her father was purchasing beer. They should state this discriminatory policy on the door and enforce the laws of the state they are in. I am not sure what is up with this but discriminatory practices are not cool and in this case make no sense. How can a parent with a child who is 16 (but appears to be 18) not purchase alcohol but a parent with a child who is 14 can?

Went to my local Long Beach BevMo with my husband. We bought 3 bottles of wine, when it came down to purchase our items, my husband who was paying was carded, understandably, but then the staff asked me for my iD, he explained to me that I was there purchasing alcohol as well. I told him this was all my husband and he started to over talk me. I showed my ID but I left feeling very much targeted. I have NEVER had to show ID if my husband pays. I will start driving further to Total Wines and more as we don't experience that kind of treatment there. I'm so disappointed in BevMo's policy. A whole party shows up and you have to card everyone??? What if I came in with my teenager, would he have been carded. I truly think it was racial.

Looking for the Lucky Buddha Enlightened Beer. Have been to both Bev Mo stores in Murrieta and Temecula Ca. Haven't had any in stock for over 3 months in Murrieta, & 2 months in Temecula. Looking for any help in locating some. Thanks for Ur assistance. Much appreciation

I've been on the fence about BevMo for a few years. I find their pricing scheme to be deceptive. There is some bait and switch going on with it. Their data collection on customers is out of line, in my opinion, too. Today was the nail in the coffin for me. I was carded for a single bottle of root beer. She explained that all purchases at BevMo must be by a 21+ year old. Seeing my ID wasn't enough. She wanted to scan it. So, I was carded for soda today and my identity was sucked into their marketing engine. Hope they get something out of it, because it is the last time I spend money there.

There is an employee who harassed me to the point where I felt like I had to leave all because I was his boss and did not want to hang out with him outside to work. He made it to the point where he went to HR on me because I didn't respond to his text messages, I did not want to hang out with him outside of work, and I like any other supervisor made him do his job by asking him to do whatever tasks needed to be done af work. Make this make sense. He still works there and even had the audacity to harass my partner who works at another BevMo location all because he does not like me. This is beyond messed up and BevMo did nothing about it. I am thankful for leaving this place that did nothing about me being harassed by some kid who said I was harrassing him for making him do his job.

Bevmo is no competition for Total Wine. I am not impressed with Bevmo at all and I would rather buy wine from a grocery store than there.

Was at the modesto location today and a clearly sick employee who was not wearing her mask incorrectly made me very uncomfortable during my visit. She was coughing profusely and I to her hand while I was checking out. She even touched my Id and my items despite this. After I exited the store and sanitized my items I saw her walk out to cough even harder and just walk back in to continue her shift. Forget covid, she was clearly sick and she should have been sent home. They do this in kindergarten, I don't understand why an adult isn't held to the same level of accountability. Now given the current circumstances, this is inexcusable and the store should be held accountable.

Went to bellingham Wa. And up to the counter with $230.00 worth and computer would not take our gift card. He said cards good but computer issue. Told us to come back later or order online. You would have thought there would be another way. Pathetic

I use crizly through the west covina store for delivery. However, it I find it is really unsafe to have the driver have to obtain my signature on his cell phone. This defeats the purpose of contactless delivery and exposes both of us to possible infection. The driver does not use gloves. The cell phone of another who others have had to take and sign is very unhealthy policy. I order and I sign OK to use my credit card and OK the amount with tip online and I show my driver's license outside my door which I can sanitize after. Please change this dangerous and unhealthy method of a secondary needless verification. Thanks

I am so absolutely unhappy with Petaluma BevMo!! Oct 13th at 1:15 2 women employees. I shop there everyday & today they won't sell to me because I don't have my I.D. On me to scan for them! I'm 64 years old!! The last 3 times I have went there.. there seems to be a problem with the cashier!! They go to give my change & can't remember the amount! They have to scan my stuff all over again! And one time the older one who was working today.. she had to scan it 3 times!!! The people you have working for you are idiots they are not helpful at all! I am through shopping at Bev Mo!! Nothing but problems!!

I was at the BevMo in Encinitas Ca where your cashier by the name of Sharon is discriminating against people with disabilities, is practicing medicine in your store without a medical license and is impersonating law enforcement. I have filed a complaint with ADA, the California Medical Board and the Police department.

You guys have been price gouging since Covid. Im going on all social media to let people know. A 1.75 of Cuervo gold for $27.00. I get it at every other store for $19.99. I will never go back.

I live in Sacramento. I was headed to the Bay area.5/22/23 So I stopped at the bevmo in Fairfield off of Travis. One of my best experiences yet I've had at a Bevmo or any other beverage store. I know she was a manager but I did not get her name or I can't remember it. We Need more of her in every store. I normally go to total wine. I will most definitely drive to Fairfield to go see her. Thank you for hiring a wonderful person with a beautiful Spirit

I never write reviews for anything. I feel I have to with Steve the manger at BevMo on Lincoln Blvd in marina del Rey, CA. He's done an outstanding job and helped me with over 20 bottles of liquor and wine. I've recently ended up in crutches and was polite enough to carry the last bottle to my car. He's an outstanding and professional employee!

I was picking up an order at Bevmo today in Palmdale, CA. Customer service was great and employees were very helpful and nice. I was disturbed that they did not have masks and gloves to protect themselves from people that were coughing and sneezing, handling credit cards, cash, etc...
The employees really deserve to be protected at a time like this. Bevmo provides an essential service and I am grateful they are remaining open during these trying times. Bevmo should also provide the personal protective equipment essential to employees safety and health. Be a good corporate citizen but also protect your employees.

I'm a long customer at your Pleasant Hill store normally buying a case of wine or more. Of late I have been told by cashiers that they have run out of wine boxes and whether I mind regular paper bags to bag my purchase..REALLY BEVMO??? I had to argue with the cashiers they better move and find an empty box, since the re-stocking clerk is always busy filling the shelves. Is stupid to think Bevmo risks to lose good clients over this simple customer service.

Just purchased Ginger Ale from the Salinas Store on N. Davis Rd. I walked in and Demetrius immediately ask how he could help. He walked me to the area and immediately obtained a case rang up the sale and offered to carry it to the car.
Very much impressed.

I have shopped at your BevMo Citrus Heights store for about 10 years now, and I have always had a very good experience.
Everyone from the manager on down is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
They seem to take Customer Service seriously - which is a pleasant experience these days.
