I went to Baskin Robbins this morning to purchase an ice cream cake for Christmas Day. Ellenton Florida location. The man in front of me was purchasing some coffees with a gift card. The cashier asked if he wanted his card back, and he questioned is there any money on it. She replied, it says zero cashback. So I nicely said zero cashback does not mean that there's zero remaining on the card, that yes, he wants his card back, he told me thank you very much. he believes there was over $100 on that card. So it was my turn to purchase a cake that stated it was 23.99. on the cake box, it was handwritten. As were all in the freezer of that same cake. She rang it up it came to 34 something which included tax. So I replied no I was not going to pay that it stated 2399. So she called over the manager who then said the cakes were mismarked that they are 32,99+ tax. So I said, no, I would pay what was on the tag. She ripped the cake out of my hands, and told me that " I guess you won't be buying this cake." Absolutely unacceptable and rude. I then replied, go and change the prices on all of those cakes. She said she was unable to do that.
Baskin Robbins at 51 West 116th St. NYC closes at 9 pm. On Sat. 10/28/23 at 6:50 pm the personnel that makes milkshakes said he was closed at 6:50 pm because he was cleaning. Do the personnel at that store make their own hours of business? When I told him most businesses clean a half hour or hour before closing he threatened to telephone the police.

On June 23, 2023 at approximately 7:15 PM/c my date and I went to the Baskin Robbins at 127 Franklin Rd. Brentwood, TN. I observed a female employee scooping Icecream from the bucket in the cooler with her left hand and putting the Icecream in a cone she was holding with her right hand. She wasn't wearing gloves and or a hairnet. I asked her if she was supposed to be wearing gloves. The male employee at the cash register spoke up and said, "we only wear gloves if we have to touch the cone or a banana." I informed the male employee that the female employee did touch the cone while she was holding it and when she handed the Icecream cone to the customer in front of me. She also touched the Icecream with her left hand has she was scooping it from the bucket. I observed the Icecream rolling up on the scooper and rolling against her hand between her thumb and her index finger. Both employees denied the accusation. We (my date and I) decided to leave. As we were leaving one of the employees made a comment and everyone in the store laughed.
I've been going to this particular B&R over 10 years. I will not be going back.
My guy loves Baskin Robbins but I have to go there and have ice cream, too. I have tried to find current ingredient lists of the ice cream so that I can avoid high fructose corn syrup. All ingredient lists are outdated and vague. My pointed question is not answered anywhere. Please let me know of current ingredients, or I will just have to not have any. The service is great and the business is nice...BUT I need the info straight and I don't expect the teenagers working to know. They are very busy.
I am writing this comment hoping that you guys will be made aware of my unacceptable experience with a store on University Parkway in Sarasota Florida. I ordered a turkey cake online and arrived at my pick up time at the store. When I arrived there I was asked for my name and I clearly stated I am picking up a turkey cake for Brandon Thorpe. I was handed a turkey cake and when I arrived home I realized that I was given the wrong cake. This would not have been a problem had the ice cream been what I had ordered. I must also add that the store is a 40 minute drive from my home. In an attempt to not make a wasted trip in the event that my cake had been given to somebody else I attempted to call the store. Nobody answered the phone. I also want to clarify that there were no customers in the store when I picked up the cake so I found it very odd that nobody was answering the phone I drove all the way back to the store and ask the associate why they do not answer their phone. Their response was because when there is no manager on duty the phone for the shop is locked up and therefore nobody answers it. The associate did retrieve the cake that I had ordered at least I believe it is the correct cake . I make this statement because my name and phone number and ice cream flavor was on the slip that was taped to the box however the box had somebody else's address written on it. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk he stated that he would double check in the back to be sure there wasn't another cake that had my address on it. He returned and stated that there wasn't another kit with my address on it. He then suggested that perhaps the address that is on there was their address which really didn't make any sense because the address written on the box was actually for a completely different city. I am extremely frustrated because I drove an hour and 20 minutes to return the wrong cake and retrieve the correct key. When I arrive home I will make sure that it is indeed the cake that I ordered because it does not appear that anyone can confirm what the flavor of ice cream is. I am sure you can understand how frustrating this is. I understand it is a very busy time and I would not have a problem had I been able to contact the store with a telephone call. I feel this is extremely poor Customerservice.
We visit Baskin Robbins in Atwater, at least three times a week. My complaint is very, very poor customer service, bad attitude while taking your order. Rolling of eyes... It makes me feel like I'm bothering them. Where is the friendly service ! If not fixed we will take our business elsewhere. Thank you.
BEWARE! BASKIN-ROBBINS PROVES YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO!
Went to a lot of trouble to buy a special Halloween cake here, when the branch closer to me informed me they were out of the Flavor of the Month and, so, could not fulfill my order. I was anxious, relieved and excited when this branch did not call or email me with the same disappointing news. After spending unnecessary time in horrendous traffic and finding a relatively convenient space in a packed parking lot, I finally arrived to receive my bounty. As the clerk rang up my sale (I bought a few things while picking up my cake), I asked her if the cake was made with Trick Oreo Treat ice cream, to which she nodded in the affirmative. Well, much to my unpleasant surprise, as I sliced the cake and subsequently tasted it, I confirmed the cake was made, not with Trick Oreo Treat ice cream, but with Peanut Butter and Chocolate, my all-time least favorite ice cream flavor.
I contacted their Customer Service Department. They told me someone from the store would contact me. No one ever did. I had to request a refund from my bank; not a simple task, mind you. I had to explain multiple times why I didn't cut into a special holiday cake to check the flavor before I left the store . . . four days before the holiday party!

I purchased berry dark chocolate 500gm cake @669₹ .this was the worst cake I have tasted.it was packed on July 2021 and the person who sold this cake said that it is only 3 days old.so I trusted him and took the cake to home .the cake was too much hard to make it into pieces.nobody liked the cake and the bread part was the Hardest part in the cake.kids haven't tasted it because of its harness.please kindly take this feedback into consideration and provide fresh cakes
WTF,,, the only dairy free vegan ice cream ( chocolate cookie dough) has been discontinued!!! Wow, the only ice cream I can eat ... discontinued!! Thank you very much. Folks , you've lost a customer.... not only for my ice cream ,,, but I'll pass on your Dunkin coffee and donuts as well. ....
Well, I found out a short time ago, that the Dunkin Donut stores, in the Orlando area that sold Baskin Robbins ice cream are no longer selling or carrying Ice cream...This is very disappointing.....!! I've been buying your ice cream for many, many years....and now I don't have that to look forward to. I've tried other brands but yours was the best....!!!!!
I know the local stores who sold it were/are not on the ball. I always considered myself lucky when they had "chocolate" in stock! I wasn't asking for some weird flavor, just plain chocolate! I must say the management left much to be desired. If sales were slow it was because of the people working in there....certainly not your merchandise...

Hand Dipped or Boxed Baskin Robbins ice cream. Am not sure if I can live without some....

I just went today to Baskin Robbins on Walzem Road in San Antonio,Tx and was disappointed with my milkshake! I ordered a medium chocolate milkshake and what I received tasted like vanilla! I asked if they could fix it for me and the lady said they only had world class chocolate and apologized to me but did not fix my milked shake.That stuff is nasty and only tastes like vanilla! Can you please get rid of world class chocolate and get the regular chocolate? The regular chocolate tastes much better!
Called to see if pistachio icecream was sold was quoted seven dollor per quart went to drive thru was told hand scoop or prepackaged.was told no prepack hand scoop only four dollors more. Bad customer service was mad i left.shame on crew.u cant charge whatever you feel like you lost customer will tell others to boycott.baskin robins.
I had a bad experience at: Baskin Robbins at 1777 Gallatin Rd N Mchenry Shopping Center, Madison, TN 37115 on 05/22/20. I order a small shake. After a I retrieve it, I left immediately because I had to run next door to grab a pizza I order prior to going to baskin robbins. The shake was real liquidity. I took it back and a young African American female, dark complexion, wearing glasses, weighting about 80lb, 5ft & 3inc trying to make a fool out of me! She tried to convince me the it only takes a few minutes for a shake to melt! I told her I 53 years old and know better & please don't treat me like I don't. She lashed out at me and they had to send her to the back immediately! It was obvious to me, from the other staff actions, they had to do this frequently! I need to speak to a area manager.
Very bad customer service in your drve throw. With Cashier: Destiny R., at 10351 s. Torrance in Chicago,Il today at 3:29p Order # 097. She made a big thing out of nothing and used unpleasant words about me to a co-worker.besides that got a small order wrong and didnt gave a spoon with order.i left and did not check her carelessness to a paying customer.when i had to turn and go back for a spoon .s he engage a gain that she didnt care i was this and then that. You hired a employee who clearly dont have a clue about the customer is always right.her mgr. I was told is Juan. I dont look forward in spending my hard earn money in that store .
Please also read my complaint about Albany, OR store. HOWEVER, this is about the GREAT Springfield, OR store. I order a "pint" of ice cream TOO OFTEN for my weight. The employees are friendly and often give a free sample of something new. They fill the pint container to the top and often they allow me to put a final scoop of that new flavor on top so I can give family a taste. The pint is reasonable, only $4.99. I know even that is higher than the gourmet at the grocery but I con't just get a pint there and can't taste future favorites. They are usually busy but it is worth the wait. NOT ALL ARE AS GOOD --- look at my post about Albany, OR store (a minus 10 store).
