I was at the BP gas station 6250 W. Colonial, Orlando FL 32818 this morning, put some gas asked the receipt and balance of my gas card, she's very mean and never gave me a receipt and balance . And then I bought a $10 power ball ticket they gave me a ticket but she's never gave me an extra raffle ticket and I saw it the ticket machine asked her I need those raffle ticket she told me go get in the machine. She's very dishonest and very mean clerk.

Did not receive discount at the pump. When I contacted BP, I was told to wait a couple of billing cycles to see the discount on my statement. After waiting 3 billing cycles, I called again to tell them I still had not received the discount. They left me on hold, only to return to tell me that the gas station I went to was NOT a BP station!!!! Just so you folks know, as I shared with the BP rep, I am not an idiot, I can read, and I can distinguish one gas brand from the other. When I suggested that perhaps they should contact the gas station is impersonating their brand, they told me to contact the station. For what reason I would contact that station, I do not know. I have been a loyal customer for years. But how they dealt with my situation was unprofessional, unsympathetic, and rude. They have lost a good customer. BP - Beware People!

I've been to your station on Dayton Yellowsprings Rd in Fairborn Ohio many times!!! The last 3 times I have had a Gift card and for some stupid reason the pump doesn't read it!!! I have to walk in and pay!!! That is ridiculous!!! I generally park in the handicap at the stores and here I have to walk in from the pumps!!! You need to fix the problem so the pumps can read gift cards!!! Why have them if your pumps can't read them!!! Very upset!!!

We have had a fleet card with BP for years with a 40k limit, we signed up for an automatic payment to be taken out of our account which BP messed up on. Since the payment was not made, which we assumed they took out of our account they canceled the account.
After 15 years of having the account I must now give all my employs a new card after I open a new account. Will never buy bp gas again!

The BP Station in Gibbon, MN has green handles on all their gas pumps and diesel has black handles. I pumped 22 dollars of gas into my diesel pickup before I realized the nozzles were reversed. I was hoping for my money back or at least an apology from BP for being the only gas station around that apparently doesn't understand what black and green means. But, instead I was told they will not refund my money, no apology and didn't even acknowledge my concern. Instead it cost me 150 dollars to get my truck fixed and I will never go to another BP station.

I go to the BP on rice mind rd in tuscaloosa alabama all the time but wont be back after today. The lady that was behind the counter was ruder than normal today. Lost my service and money for good. Not sure how she still has a job there. 10/27/22

I stopped at the BP in Princeton WV on Thursday September 22, 2022. I got 2 Icee slushy drinks that I assumed they were the price right above the plastic cups depending on which size you picked would determine the price. So the largest size I believe was like $1.99 and the smaller size was like $1.69. Went to check out and the cashier rings it up and the total was $8.49. I was like is that correct? I even had to repeat the total aloud because I was in shock. She was very rude and said well you did get Icee's. I said well yes I am aware what I got but the sign did not say the price you are charging. I said do I have to pay for these. She said well unless you want me to pour them out. Another cashier was standing there shaking her head and saying well yes you have to pay for them since you made the drinks already. I said this is just ridiculous and paid for them and walked out. The customer service was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate because this is completely unacceptable.

For the love of god PLEASE put a mute button on the fuel pumps. I cannot stand being berated by loud advertising from the pump. I will go back to my old gas station if they don't do something about that noise. I'm already spending money at the pump, I do not want to be yelled at by the pump while I'm using it. Thanks

My husband and I stop at ROCS everyday to grab a 44oz soda.
Since we stop for soda, when we need gas, we fill up with gas. When we fill up with gas and find ourselves hungry we go to ROCS deli and order food. Do you see where I'm going with this?
Familiar with the Children's book, "IF YOU GIVE A PANCAKE" or "IF YOU GIVE A MOUSE A COOKIE".
Do some light reading. It just might bring sales and lost customers.
The old saying is you learn the most valuable lessons in your youth.

Manager at mauston wi gas and go yelled at kids for using bathroom after trick or treating. The manager Jan also likes to throw things at her employees. She screams at them in front of customers, she calls customers names.

Stopped here to fill gas tank and use the bathroom. Tried to use bathroom and was told out if order. So I stated I would fill my gas tank else where. Clerks reply was "Fine, b. I. T. C. H. then get out!" Rude and this bathroom has apparently been closed for over 1.5 years. Go anyplace else. I will be forwarding this to BP corporate.

Today I filled my car at the BP (Han-Dee Hugo's) in Garland, NC. Went inside to purchase a food item. Waited in line for the five customers in front of me to finish. Upon reaching the register, I was asked to wait to get my food item because the cashier needed to clear the line of other customers. Really! I had patiently waited my turn, why couldn't the other customers do the same. I asked to speak to the manager whom was called on the telephone, only for the manager (Deanna) to say she was unavailable and I needed to contact her tomorrow! What happened to customer service???

The store manager is the worst ever BP 4101 Alabama ave SE , Washington DC his name is Z I have filed an formal complaint withBBB I have also contacted BLM , DC Council members , my ANC Commissioner will want him gone , out of our community NOW , he has disrespected members of the community , he has Harassed me and made rude, sexiest comments I don't know him , he changes the price of merchandise all the time to higher price , we want him moved out of this all black community now .

The BP station on Newberrry Road off from I 75, in Gainesville, Florida needs to be checked out by corporate. IThe bathroom is in deplorable condition. Dirty, no toilet paper, or soap that meets COVID-19 standards, and the sink was clogged and holding water to near capacity. I think that the BP name would not want to be associated with such a poorly run store.

Your station at 3062 Adlai Stevenson dr, in Springfield IL 62703, has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was harassed, cursed at and discriminated against all over not being able to wear a mask because of health issues. I was refused permission to use the restroom, which I ignored and did anyway, I hurried in and practiced "social distancing" she literally ran to me and chased me down while I was trying to locate the restroom. Just to be clear, to discriminate for health reasons is against the law. I was there at 3 in the afternoon on 12/13/2020. I will make sure to avoid your gas stations.

Worst service I have ever received. Was literally chased down in the store as the cashier was yelling "ma'am! ma'am! OH no, I ain't messin' with you lady!" "Oh hell no!" I was literally walking looking for a restroom without a mask because of my medical condition and was harassed and discriminated against for not being able to wear a mask. I was told I could not use the restroom and told to leave. My husband was buying gas and was going to come in and buy snacks. So we were paying customers! I will never darken the doors of a BP gas station. It's a shame that this is what our customer service has come to.

? A woman works at the BP Station at 4500 River Rd in Columbus Georgia keeps on harrasing me and She threw me out for no reason whatsoever ? I pick up lottery tickets from the trash because that's my way of finding money to get something to eat with, If you have a good heart, you would do something about her ? I love shopping at the BP Station but she told me next time I go inside the BP while she not working, she is going to call the cops on me ? I didn't bother her by digging through the trash, If I stole something would be a different story, just saying,I hope God will let you find it in your heart to do something about her so I can be able to shop at BP again, Thanks and God bless you, She wants to discriminate against the handicapp ? if you not going to do something about it then I'll get me a good lawyer to see what I can do about yall for allowing the BP working harrasing their customer and doing nothing about it ? I contact customer service about a manager in kalamazoo, mich. How ride loud fowl language and intimidation. I realize it's their job to encourage people to use the discount card but to feel shamed by management has taken it way to far. I've been going to this same store for 10years. It's my neighborhood gas station. Since I've called to let corporate know how this story is being neglected as to no coffee first thing in morning. The condiments and such isn't replenished. The cash ATM is empty and opened. Unable to use at times not many times but enough. Know I had gone in to this store and I was greeted with the coworker of Katie's shouting across store through customers stating. I'm not going to serve you. Why I replied Katie says not to serve you. I stayed can the manager come out. Have the manager come out and explain to me why I can't get served. No manager merged. I played the 2.00 I had to pay for my coffee and walked out. I was embarrassed humiliated confused why These things were being side to me in front of other customers. Now I have been stressed out over this hole indecent. I've been going to this same store for 10 or So years and I abruptly been stoped from you going and spending my cash there for the things I gotten there for many years. This loud rude mismanagement so called manager needs to be taken out of this position or sent to a different store. It seems to a lot of customers she hasn't been a good manager all the time she's been at this store. What am I and others to do. There are others their just afraid to come cleared do to retaliation This has to do with a manager here in kalamazoo,mich. On East main st. Know I am open to their retaliation. I'm a little uncomfortable about that.

Your store in Appomattox is a disgrace the so called manager (Megan)is very rude.I stopped for lunch it was a nightmare people waiting for their orders way too long (just hotdogs)people actually walked out. And the profanity coming from the manager. I usually stop there daily but I will take my business elsewhere.

i just left the BP on Port Washington Rd in Glendale WI and the attendant was extremely unfriendly and rude. I understand that essential workers are likely over stressed and over worked however BP should encourage their employees to call in as opposed to coming in to work and providing poor customer service. I hope this review will be utilized as a learning opportunity for this rude guy. 4/11 at 1:55P CST.

Your gas station at New York Street and Commons in Aurora Illinois is a disgrace to your company name. The person at the counter in the am, Budhay a black gentleman with dreads, is always high or smoking marijuana and getting high in the entrance door to the gas station. There is also always a strong smell of it inside the station and at the pumps. He is also always being vulgar and trying to pick up every young girl that walks through the door. I frequent this location at least four times a week and it is very unprofessional.

Your station on Janesville rd in Hales Corners, Wisconsin is never a pleasant trip for me. But today was the icing on the cake, I tried to purchase a cup of coffee for $1.40, tried to use my debit card, and because the chip is damaged your pin pads wouldn't accept my payment, which I think is unfair and total garbage, please update your pin pads, or change them, the damaged chip problem does not mean that a debit card is stolen or being used fraudulently, it's a common problem that happens to just about everyone with a chip card. Second of all, you should probably retrain your employees in customer service because the woman at the counter cashiering around 10:30 am on 2/28/20 was very crass, very rude, and coming from someone with over a decade of customer service experience, the fact that your employee demanded to dump my coffee and didn't just let me go with my cheap coffee despite my card not working is horrible for customer relations. While I was a service counter clerk I would let people go with cheap products all the time when the circumstances were right and I had the best customer report in the store, my co-workers and managers knew my methods and encouraged them, and they're still begging me to come back. Bottom line is, if you want your station to do well customer service wise, you guys need to change something up, because as it is, I live across the street from this station, but I'll gladly go and spend my money elsewhere to avoid your terrible employees and technology.

I regularly go to my local BP station to get fuel with either my work vehicle or personable in Orewa and find the service great so when i went there today i was surprised when i went to pay and the nice young guy behind the counter offered me a cappuccino for my service i was taken back and i asked why and he said we appreciate you coming to us and if you could give a feedback that would be great. Well it made my day hope it makes yours.(:

I have been going to the North Plainfield NJ Service Station for more than 20 Years. Ever since G Michaels works there the service has vastly improved. He is a hustler and will service multiple customers at one time. He is fast, courtious and respectful.He is an asset to your company.
