Applebee's Customer Service

I tried to have lunch at the third ave Bronx location. The cook needs to be fired. He or She doesn't know what they're doing. Retaliation toward a customer is unprofessional. I ordered a $30.00 steak, medium rare. The kitchen had the nerve to send out a "Grey piece of meat that wasn't even hot. I sent it back; chose not to accept what will be sent back. Instead I ordered a Burger. The burger was over cooked, thin , and totally burnt. I would really appreciate it if something is actually done about this. I feel this, as most reviews, will be ignored. I sent a review about this location and everything remains the same. SAD

We went to apple bees in Martinsville VA today, looking forward to half priced appetizers. We arrived there at 315pm. Waited 10 minutes just to be seated. Waited another half hour for the menu. I asked about the half priced appetizers. She said we don't serve that because it's almost 4 O'Clock. After a 40 minute wait, Really? Waitress turned around and went back to the kitchen. Had to wait another ten minutes for a different waitress. Just wanted simple chicken nuggets & fries with a drink. Waited another 20 minutes to finally get our shared plate. After finishing, waited another 20 minutes to ask for our bill. Didn't want to wait any longer, paid cash with a small tip and left. The management there needs to get Ramsey to kick em in the butt. Can't wait for Old Farmers Buffet to open next door. Very Disappointed with poor service!

We had lunch at. Applebees in Murray,KY. To say it was a disappointment is putting it lightly. Water on the floor at the. Entryway, a hole in the ceiling which had come Down on a booth with no effort to clean it up, filthy bathroom, carpet dirty and worn out. Our waitress was incompetent, toothless, and. Showed all the signs of being a druggie and she was extremely loud. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Not any more and we won't be going back.

My wife and I are only passing through Wytheville, VA and stopped at the La Quinta for the night. Since we're familiar with Applebees Restaurants, we decided to order their delivery meals. After our order was submitted, we were told that it would take about 30 minutes for preparation, which seemed acceptable. Some 35 minutes later, a plastic sack was delivered to our door...upon opening, we discovered two styroform meal containers. We discovered that only one contained the correct order...the other contained some kind of taco items, which isn't even close to what we ordered. Additionally, one order had tipped up and spilled some kind of juice all over the two napkins, so they were ruined and there was no utensils. This fiasco cost us about $50 and you can only imagine how we felt about your service and what we called those involved in this tragedy. You may rest assured that we'll never ever make the mistake of ordering anything from Applebees again and we'll also stop frequenting your restaurants. We're both 83 years old and have never seen such a mess as this...thank you very much for a complete waste of time and money. You may rest assured that we won't ever forget what happened here tonight.

Horrible service waited over an hrs only to receive the wrong irder

I have eaten at Applebees several times and enjoyed the food. Tonight was a bad experience! I had chicken wings as appetizers. Not good at all. Half rack of ribs was another bummer. Two people had ribs and they were both very dry! Over cooked ? Then to top this off their was no meat on the ribs!!! My wife's birthday today and she enjoyed her steak . But sorry I won't go back!

0/10 I am sitting in the Jefferson City Applebees writing this complaint. We waited over an hour for our food. Our waiter is clearly annoyed with even being here and has rolled his eyes multiple times. Every table around us had gotten wrong food. On top of all of that, my food came out wrong and my other half's came out completely cold after having to ask where our food was when all of the tables that came in after us had already gotten their food. I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE EVER AGAIN. PATHETIC.

I understand that the service industry is having trouble getting people to work. Our survey was not that bad overall she was trying but had too many tables. My issues were mostly with the food.
We ordered 2 side ceaser salads that were completely drenched in dressing we did not complain just ate some of it. We also got a side order of cheese sticks. When the appetizers arrived we had no silverware and no side plates to share the cheese sticks. The person that delivered them could not understand why we needed side plates with the appetizer. The server then stopped by and we asked for a side plate for the cheese sticks and she brought one side plate. Very strange. We again just blew it off and continued with eating. Then the meal came and three of us got broccoli that the stems were black with mold or something. It was obviously very old broccoli. We let the waitress know immediately and she said she would have to have a manager come over. The manager attempted to say it was fine. I explained that it was old so he said he would go check in the back? He walked away 5 min later brought 3 side orders. He was not very apologetic regaryit just said he got us some new broccoli. Again weird that he never offered to change to order to a different side but we ate the new broccoli except for a couple pieces that were still black on the new plates. There was a couple things with the service but understandable being short staffed. At the end the waitress said that if we gave her a 5 star review she would give us a free dessert. We declined the desert I just thought that was a little weird as well. Also the steak I had was awful. Probably the last time I will go to the Chesterfield Mi Applebees. We order $50.00 worth of food from curb side take out and all 3 salads had equal amount of bad lettuce as good lettuce!

I placed an order for carside to go. It was ready for pick up at 2:25 PM. I waited another 15 minutes and no employees brought my order out to me. I went inside and the employees were standing around.

Disgusted and shocked by your W/HSE SAL$ (a small salad I ordered). This was the code on my receipt dated 2-11-23 Time 05:39 pm at Applebee's at 2500 Capital Mall Dr SW, Olympia, WA 98502.

I was told I would get cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and salad dressing because this item was not on your menu. Whatever makes you think it is okay to serve cucumbers the size of a small pea and cut in a box shape of 1/4" x 1/4"? The cut tomatoes were only a little bit bigger. The quantity of them was about 1-2 teaspoons each and not very fresh. This is insulting, even with a $4 price tag. I ordered this because there was nothing else vegan on your menu. Meanwhile, at home I had a full head of the same lettuce, grape & Roma tomatoes. I could have saved myself the trip, except that I was treating a friend of mine to dinner.

The last time I was at your restaurant I got food poisoning from the regular vegan salad on your menu. Shameful!

Took my family to eat the unlimited 14.99 meal in Dothan Al. On 1:28:2023.at 5:00 and was seated at 5:49. The first serving of good was great. But when we asked for seconds. Wow we received three shrimps on two Plates and about six fries and on the boneless chicken they receive two and six fries. So I just paid the bill and left. I came from Ga to take my grandsons out. Was so disappointed.

They want you to pay for sour cream. I ordered the classic sample combo I don't eat marinara sauce or the salsa sauce. I asked if I can substitute sour cream for the 2 sauces I was told no! I ate the quesadillas plain and dry. Then the waitress comes to the table and tells me she spoke to her manager and they can substitute the sour cream. I told her it was too late and she replied "yeah that's what I figured"! I ordered the all you can eat and was informed that you can't take no food to go. I asked for a to go box and the waitress asked m e for what my combo? Then turn around and asked me icc do she can take the plate of food that I wasn't eating out my way.

Three managers and unsure how any of them became that. The Will if they haven't already run this store into the ground. A private conversation with each employee should be had to get the truth bc there is fear to speak out. To see a GM stand in the office on social media while the store is packed and the kitchen is struggling should never happen. You have employees that would make better management then the people in that position as of now. It makes you wonder whos butt do they kiss when the big dogs are around for the DM and corporate people to miss all the signs. Stores don't struggle with labor and food cost and scheduling or high employee turn around without reason. I feel sorry for the current employees that have to work under this current GM and front of house and kitchen managers.

1. bathrooms are dirty. 2. Didn't have a variety of salad dressings. 3. Took an hour and 15 minutes to get our steaks. 4. steaks were tough. 5. waiter was answering our questions while walking away. 6. Replaced one of the steaks that was tough and charged us for it. 7. Springs in the seats seem to be coming through making the seats uncomfortable.

DO NOT EAT HERE DURING COVOD-19. Please do not dine at Applebees while coronavirus is still an issue. I went in the other day and 2 soap dispensers were empty and no papertowels. I saw employees and customers without masks and gloves. No one washing hands. So dirty and disgusting.

Today is my birthday and my mom took me out for lunch at Applebee's on northfield rd. While eating our meal an customer was struck by one of the Applebee's employees there was a fist fight in the middle of the dining room I couldn't believe it I was ready to go that very moment my server never came back to my table till 20 minutes later the manger never apologize to any of the customers for the big brawl that happened and was no where to be seen. to make matters worst the young lady that hit the customer kept working like everything was ok.I never seen anything like this in my life my mom is 82 years old and is still shaking by what happened that employee should've never continued to work very

My name is Jin Ainley. My email address I am a veteran and would like to go to the St. Cloud, MN Applebee's for the free meal on Veteran's Day that they are doing. But because of circumstances I feel I cannot. I had a conflict with one of the bartenders there. Her first name is Britney. She was mocking me behind the bar because I think she didn't like that her boyfriend who is also a bartender there and I got to know each other. She lied to the manager and said that I threatened her which I did not such thing. I said one swear word to her and that's it. No threats. So the manager believed her and kicked me out. Not a good experience today @ applebys. Ordered the monday night bacon burger .. the lettuce was wilted, got 1 small ring for onion, burger had almost no bacon and came to me pink - I ordered well done. Server took back and nuked it ...yuk, are you kidding? Asked for grilled reg bread, got it dry toasted, bleh! My wifes tea was horrible, got Coke instead, good. Fries were delicious, just a rather small serving. It is also the only restaurant in town that has a bar with soda water on tap, yet charges $2.49 for a glass...really?
We visit here at least monthly but the last times were a dissapointment. This store needs help!

I was treated to Applebee's on Sunday September 25th 2016 for my birthday our waiter was rude didn't give s napkins got out order screwed up then we had to order to go she put everybody's food in one bag we had to open up each other's food to find out which one was which she left for a long time and never came back we had ask another waiter for some water and bags to put out food in after 15 minutes she came out Annex was everything okay

The store at Northgate Mall in Chattanooga is awful. We had to wait 10 mind for a waiter, we ordered a 3 appetizer platter and burger which took 30 mind to come, the appetizer was wrong and cold, the rice was dry as a side and we did not get drink refills. Will never come back.

Applebees in Oneonta, friendly staff professional bartenders, Courtney shines with professionalism competence and charm, it's always a pleasure to always to visit thanks to her friendliness

Went to Applebee's on Whitestone in the Bronx and Samuel and Jamie where amazing. They made our visit worth it. Very attentive and made sure service was great . Amazing team work . Recommend this spot .

Went to the restaurant in Conway, South Carolina. Tiffany H happened to be at the take out order station. She was very friendly, and respectful. And she was extremely nice to us. Really appreciated her hospitality. We will definitely return to the same location again. Thank you.

Rachel was our bartender and waitress. She was friendly and very welcoming. Our drinks were delicious and our food came out fast. She wants her customers to have a great experience which we did.

I recently went to Coventry Applebee's in Ft. Wayne.
Seating was swift and the server was in seconds to get a drink order.
I kinda picked the French Onion soup, waffle fries and grilled chicken breast.
Soup came fairly quick and after it cooled enough was delicious.
The fries and chicken also came very heart in record time. The chicken breast was beautiful, not mashed to a pancake, not unnaturally shaped. It was thicker than I expected but thoroughly cooked with grill marks where you could taste the flavor. The waffle fries were thicker too and they were cut from fresh potatoes, on some the skin was still on which I loved. And they reheated very well. Everyone so nice, I loved the older music like anything older than 1995.lol. I can't wait till I return and will probably get the same thing. I don't mess with perfection.

Everytime I come in I am treated with respect and everybody is always so nice ... they go above and beyond with their customer service I absolutely love this place sometimes I come in just to say hi !! Every apples bees I ever went to I have never been treated as well as this one !!

I have worked for Applebee's now for over 4 years and I just got moved up to server a week ago. I love working here but our management isn't what you call good.
