I just went to Albertsons"s Market down in Los Lunas New Mex. buy two ( 2 ) packages of meat, that had a sticker that was on sale but when got to the register it didn't ring the right price, they said that thewo (2) t the wrong sticker to the wrong type of meat, they didn't honor their mistake like every other store does, I was very upset I spoke to the manager her name is Martha. , she was very rude and didn't care what I say.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY THING THAT SUPPOSEDLY ARE IN SALE , that's how they get you,

Too many bakery products are exorbitantly priced for for their substandart quality. This is doubly true for your reduced items. You should be grateful someone wants to take them off your hands before they go bad!

I bought one of these enchiladas you guys make it must be green chili enchilada heated it up fit into it. Opened it up. Nothing but sour cream. Nothing but sour cream. That's it. Just sour cream white. I hate sour cream. Run my whole dinners things gross. There's no green chili in it at all. It's just plain sour cream

My complaint
Rude crabby checkers. You should be able to fix it enough people have complained about it I shop at pahrump and I think you need to either tell your clerks to retire or turn their ugly crabby faces around and I don't appreciate them at the back door smoking and I have to walk through smoke to get in the door

Prices of so much food was within the $6.00 mark, that it's getting harder to buy food each month.

I do not know WHY you have messed up your apps BUT it is AWFUL! Change it back to the EASIER way as I will not mess with that kind of irritation! WHY?????

Yesterday I shopped at albertsons at 18579 brookhurst street in Fountain Valley. The customer service was awful! My cashier was Brianna. She never said hello OK and never said thank you at the end of the transaction. She was too busy talking to other employees. She had the personality of a dead fish! I will not be shopping at this location anymore even though it is less than a mile from my home. I would rate the store a 0!

I just returned from the Albertson's on Clark Avenue in Santa Maria. Once again I was met with a wall of chemical "perfume" so noxious, I hurried to leave. This has been going on since Covid began. Whatever product they are using, ends up saturating all the groceries. Mind that this stuff can get through paper and plastic. It's chemical, Albertsons, please stop it. The same strong odor eminates from the detergent aisle. I have had to return items that had absorbed so much of this that it couldn't be washed off (plastic containers). I consider these products environmental pollutants. Even with a mask on, I can smell them and need to leave to avoid a respiratory event. Please look into this practice.

The local Albertsons store we usually go to has done away with checkers and everything is self check out. I get better pricing at Winco and have a checker. Either place I have to bag my own groceries but at Albertsons I pay far more for less customer service.

I just came from your Albertsons store on Power and Broadway in Mesa Arizona. There was a young gentleman that gave me this atrocious look and walked right by me like there's all these other places to walk but he walked right between me and another parked car. Only to give me a look because I did not take the basket to the place where you return the baskets. I called Albertson's and spoke to a girl and she said his name was Jose. I'm in a lot of pain today & but even thinking clearly. I'm put out his behavior. You never know what is happening in one's life. And honestly is it not the job of the employee to gather the cars in The parking lot regardless of where they are left?

I am thinking more and more about shopping elsewhere Why you can't get my email and passwords right is beyond me.but everytime I want to look up the sales you say it's wrong you send me to a robot and is new to it's job who in turn sends me to something higher up who in turn is to busy I can certainly spend $600.00 to $800.00 at a store who doesn't want blood everytime I need to sign in.and speaking of blood what is going on with your meat from the nasty chicken to the steals, pork chops the steak s have been so bad by the time I cut away all the fat and clean off the blood there isn't much left for what I am paying and I can't even speak of the horrible chicken how you can call what ever it is I have never seen chicken like pilgrim's pride that you sell ever.and because it was horrible I cannot eat chicken at all.So there ya go.thats my complaint

I was in the ALBERTSONS MARKET STREET store located at 3499 E Fairview, Meridian, ID 83642 looking at the salmon selection when an Albertsons employee asked if I needed help. I said, "the salmon selection is almost gone." He said, "How many pieces did you want?" I said, "Three." He told me to wait moment while he went to the kitchen. He came back with three pieces of "just baked" salmon. I was so impressed with his service that I went looking for manager to leave a praiseworthy comment. The Assistant Manager was called to see me and I told him the story. I described the young man who had helped me. "Is that him over helping stock the veggies?" I said it was. "Let me introduce you," said the AsstManager. Well, guess what? The young man who helped me was ROB MEDEIRIS, the STORE MANAGER!! Wow!! What a surprise! Albertsons is lucky to have ROB as an employee and STORE MANAGER! He's tops!

The worst corporation so far when trying to converse about a procedure set in place by corporate decision makers, when it comes to customer service and hearing the concerns of the drive up and go policy that corporate has put into place. It is nothing more than a game of smoke and mirrors, and if the customer is not mindful of their grocery order, and does not take the time to review their receipt, this corporation can get away with overcharges, which for me personally, in my last online order alone, resulted in an increase of 54.86% more than I was suppose to be charged. And, this is not a one time event. It has been an every grocery order event. So why did I continue to use this service? Simple. COVID. Which seems to be particularly attracted to me regardless of being vaxed and masked. So this is a valuable service to me, and the management at the local store level makes the errors right by providing refunds. But the time it takes for me to complete my online order, then copying my order to ensure I have the "evidence" of what I actually requested as my purchase, and then having to review my order which consistently has significant pricing and product errors in the stores favor, and then taking the time to call the store manager, go over my purchases and the errors of having received grocery items that I did not want and have paid a higher price for, has finally outweighed the risk of me shopping in person and risking COVID. I can brave walking into MARKET BASKET where the prices are traditionally and significantly lower than SHAWS/ALBERTSONS. I can order online drive up services with HANNAFORD where I pay a $5.00 fee for this service, and which doesn't have the same convenience of time slot availability, and whose prices can be slightly higher than Shaws/Albertsons, but where I never have to worry about consistently getting overcharged and where I am respected with my choice of NO SUBSTITUTIONS, when I put it on my order.
Tell me Albertsons Corporate, why do you offer a "Don't Substitute" option, when you instruct the local level stores to give the customer a substitution anyhow? And then UPCHARGE THE CUSTOMER?
Why did you upgrade your system to offer "selection alternatives" when you instruct the local level stores to ignore substitution requests? And if that selection is also not available, UPCHARGE THE CUSTOMER with another product??
I don't want to keep items I have no use for and still get a credit. To my way of thinking nothing is free, and somehow you are offsetting this way of doing business. Maybe you are making up for the "losses" by increasing prices to your customer base. Maybe you hold back on raises and bonuses to your front line staff who deserve to be paid for doing a job that daily puts them at risk for not only COVID, but also for the prevalent customer abuse that is all too frequently occurring to people in the customer service industry.
Whatever it is, the integrity is not there and I can no longer, in good conscience, support a business that practices "deception", or, who at the very least, does not respect their online customer base grocery choices and does not honor the system that they put into place. SMOKE AND MIRRORS.

Albertsons you have pissed me off for the last time! Your store is clean, the shelfs are well stocked. You never and I mean never see pallets of groceries in the isles trying to be stocked by employees. you have fresh produce and a bakery that puts out great items and rotates them. You never have to stand in front of the deli counter and wait to be served. The employee always would ask can I help you. you have done one fine job on keeping more than one register open for check out. But what you have not done and i mean have not done is charge the customer correct pricing. The items are marked buy 2 get one free, 50 % off, or 10 for a price. the cashier tells you it will show at the end of your receipt. Bull S--T! I have had to ask every time and I mean every time for a refund or receive what the special or tag said I should receive. This is a way for your company to hope the customer doesn't recognize he has been mischarged until they get home and look at the receipt. That's it! You can laugh at this comment, but one thing you want do is ring me up anymore! You're a good company with issues. But I don't have to shop in a store that defrauds its customers. I know what you will say it's a computer problem, and yes you say this all the time. In the past I enjoyed your store and all the things a grocery should be, but I guess all good things must com to an end. Good Buy! Store # 712

I think it's stupid that you have to have a digital coupon for the sale price. What if you don't have a smart phone. How about you don't have a cell phone.

Albertsons is showing partiality toward wealthier customers.
Which is discrimination.
And I resent the fact that if I cannot afford to buy 6 products in order to get the sale price.
So I must pay the higher not sale price.
Which is discriminating the customers who are unable to pay for 6 items.
Also I'm a senior citizen who has no need to purchase 6 of any item.
It's very unfair to make those who can least afford it, pay more then those who can.

Last week I purchased a loaf of bakery bread for $3.99 at the Pershing Store in Cheyenne. The price was $3.99. I though ok it's better than the stale bread on the bread shelves ( it truly is always stale) . Today the same loaf of bread was $4.99. What the hell are you doing besides ripping off the customers. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Your cost has not in creased that much that you have to screw your customer base.

Bums asking for money before I go in...then checkout asks for money before I leave..then more bums asking for money in parking lot!! Stop asking for money!

First, Albertson's online customer feedback form doesn't work. Rather difficult to submit feedback, right? This is what I tried to send:

I rely on my local Albertsons (Juan Tabo & Lomas) for my weekly grocery supplies, which includes Boar's Head Hummus (Traditional or Everything Bagel are favorites). Lately I've noticed limited availability on any normal kind of hummus - today I found ONLY "Chocolate Dessert Hummus" which sounds too disgusting to even sample, let alone purchase. One week I was reduced to buying Kalamata Olive Tapenade which I valiantly tried to eat. It went in the trash two weeks later, after a couple attempts to try.

Today, one of the grocery clerks answered my query with the information that Boar's Head is having a shortage, and that no local stores would have any if this Albertsons didn't.

He lied.

Check out the local Smith's website when I Googled "Smith's Food Store Tramway and Montgomery Boar's Head Hummus" here:
https://www.smithsfoodanddrug.com/pb/boar-s-head/hummus/1301100002?fulfillment=all

The "Sweet Chili Garlic" sounds especially appealing.

I'm switching to Smith's. Being lied to (especially when an easy Google search will find out the truth) is not acceptable.

ALBERTSONS GROCERY STORE at At the corner of Old Hammond & Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Today, July 5, 2022, I dropped off a prescription to be
filled and picked up 5 or 6 grocery items I needed. I went to get lottery tickets and the employee behind the counter told me she couldn't help me. I asked her when could somebody help me. She said, you have to just wait around until somebody shows up. So I went to a regular register to pay for my groceries. The employee asked me how my day is going. I said it would be much better if I could buy my lottery tickets here rather than go elsewhere since gasoline is so high. The employee didn't say anything to me about it. No, I'm sorry! No let me see if there is anyone to help u. I know Albertsons has terrible customer service.. actually there is NO customer service at Albertsons. I only enter the store because it has a fantastic pharmacy team that goes out of their way to help us. I am leaving this review because something needs to be done about their lack of customer service

Second time I've been to Albertsons. Both times same store. Oregon City. I will never go back. Your people running the self checkout and also the checkout lines are very rude. They have no idea what customer service is. I'm disgusted I'm upset. I will never recommend this store. It's very hard these days to find good customer service anywhere but Albertsons is especially horrible.

Hello, just want to pass along some much appreciated. Kudos to Joy who works at the lemon Grove California Albertsons. I had the pleasure of working with her this morning. She helped me with my app gave me some great tips and was extremely friendly, professional, and customer oriented. She's a great reflection on the store, so I'm assuming that Albertsons must treat their employees well. Great hire. Great store. Great staff. Thank you Jan Gardetto.

I just left your store #938 and want to compliment associate SSCO 64 (Sheila) for her gracious & patient service at the self checkout. I purchased 4 discontinued items that didn't scan. I went to find the price for her and she finished scanning my order. I noticed that my free Friday item scanned full price because I improperly clipped it on the website. She needed to call a supervisor with a red card to facilitate my return. At NO point did she make me feel anything less than a valued client she was determined to help. Sheila is a wonderful asset to Albertsons...good thing I'm a retired retail store manager , I would have poached her for my own store!!!

I am a customer of your store 191 and I love the store so much and there's one particular checker that is always amazing super friendly super helpful every time I've ever gone in and I just wanted to make mention of Samantha

On another note, I use your signature brand nut and green bread and it was on recall and I'm so disappointing still has not made it back to the shelf. Do they have any idea when that might be coming back? It's been a couple weeks.

This store is always clean and the employees are exceptional. The butcher who's name is Husevio is awesome. He was personable and helpful the minute we addressed him he came straight over to us, helped me figure out how to use the stores app answered every question even helped us with explaining the discount for the roast we purchased, cut the meat on the spot.My sister used oxygen and was using a store scooter he loaded the meat in our cart. Then when we left the store he was outside on a break and again offered his help. Truely a golden employee. I'd say a keeper

Hello Albertson's, I would like to thank you for the awesome, beyond the call of duty, service that was provided by James Franklin, one of your Managers at the store on Crenshaw and King in Los Angeles. There is not one time I go there that he is so kind, courteous, calm, professional, helpful, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help, and always with a positive attitude. And, he is not lazy, nor does he run away from customers---or hide so that he doesn't help them. That's not who James is, and I give him a lot of respect and common courtesy, because that's what I receive from him. Please keep James at that location because I love him, and I know that other customers love him as well.....He is such a sweet heart, and he is the BEST.....I love going thru his line because he is FAST! And, he gets it right the first time. Thank you for having James on the front line representing your store.

Another person at that store is Sharon....I believe that's her name, and she has also been very kind and helpful to me. I love both of them, but have interacted on many occasions with James. All the best to you and your Team. Roslyn - [email protected]

Central Point Albertsons has wonderful staff from top to bottom. From the Store Director,Jeff, the Asst. Manager, Don, the meat department staff, produce and most especially their curbside pick up staff(the manager of p.u. is Joe who has been amazing), all have been most kind and thoughtful in making sure we get the groceries we need! I commend all of them (and whoever hired them too)! It is these people who make this store's customers loyal.

Tina, at store #3205 did an excellent job assisting us during our visit on 3 Jan 2022. She patiently adjusted our checkout total to reflect our Just for You coupons. She is an outstanding representative of the Albertson brand and should be recognized by management.

First... I ordered, as I have been doing for years, a rib roast for Christmas 2022. Picked it up as usual, cut and tied as ordered. I have to say this was the best rib roast we have ever gotten from you. It was a major hit! It was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The only trouble is everyone wanted to take a piece home with them. LOL But thank you Albertsons so much for a truly wonderful meal.
Now for a suggestion... As a senior and not tech savvy I am bothered by the app thing. Please if you are going to play the membership game with us please make it easier for those of us who can't figure these things out. I had to, embarrassingly, have the manager try to set me up but my phone would not accept the change. How frustrating! I've had other friends say the same thing. In fact I shopped at S&F for a long time because of it. I learned I could just use my phone number to dial in at checkout.
It was nice, by the way, while you had no membership thing to go through. But I can live with the phone number so you will know what I'm buying,
Again thank you for that wonderful cut of rib roast!! Keep it up for next year please!

Hey I wanted to let you know about situation at 191 in Lakewood on 9/09/22. I got miss rung at the register and instead of giving me the discount the cashier rung me up double for the item. We all make mistakes, I didn't catch it until I was home. I went back to fix it but it was a crazy busy Friday night...then came Christopher. He was a manager that night and made me feel like I was the only one in the store. He got me through a register in no time, fixed everything and more. What a great employee you have. With more employees like Christopher Albertsons 191 is now my go to grocery store! Great job. See you tomorrow. He's an awesome employee.

Would like Albertsons, Anaconda, montana to know that their employee, Mary Jane is a very kind, thoughtful, helpful and courteous cashier. Always willing to help. Thank you , Annette Smith, Anaconda,Mt.

I today while shopping at Albertson's at 181st and Glisan, had a delightful experience while cashing my groceries out in Joshua's line. I realized that I left my phone in my car for my digital coupon experience. And I was willing to run out and get it but kind Joshua told me he could help me and I was very appreciative of that rather than running out and getting my phone. I have had that same problem a few times in other people's lines and nobody was as helpful as he was so thank you Joshua and Albertsons he's a keeper.

I would like to take the time to comment on Terry and Rick at the Albertsons store in Billings, Mt. These guys I see when I go in at night after work. Their always there working tirelessly and blend together just right to get the job done. They are the two nicest, upbeat and helpful pair I have come across in a long while but, what I really appreciate and look forward to when running into them is that their worth a thousand laughs without missing a beat with their work and a smile is more than guaranteed from them!
