The one worker that's in there today 1/18/23 has a really bad attitude she basically said if you went to Brandon the first time that's were you need to go back to she really actually said that so when she seen I was going to make a report against her she turns and says her name was Felicia as if she didn't care nothing was going to be done about it anyway

On or about Oct. 20, 2020 we applied for $1000. We supplied all the information requested and never heard a word back. Credit is not good but that is not the point. We should've read a notification denying us....that's the professional thing to do. Will be filing this with the better business bureau. We applied online.GPRU

The lady (Amy)was very very rude she said she was a manager of a couple different stores she was extremely racist towards me and made it seem like I was nothing compared to her. Her and her coworker (Christina) sat behind the desk giggling at me almost the whole time I was there filling out my application & whispering which was very uncomfortable. In the end I decided not to go through with it and she was very rude with me making me feel like i was not welcome there and you know what I actually will not ever go back there and I'll make sure that I tell everyone I know about this nasty service I received this is unacceptable especially for a manager to have this kind of behavior I am extremely disappointed and went to check into Cash instead!

Been with this company way over 15 years. Due to fires im having trouble. Called advance America on Nov 29 2019 to asked for a few days extension. I was told no problem from a worker who said remind me on sat Nov 30 to extend to Dec 4. Called Nov 30 sat. Mgr was there Geraldo Ilescas who told me I m not going to extend you. I am the new mgr and your payment was due on 29 2019. When I stated a person already said yes no problem mgr stated is there a problem why you can't pay. I said sir im having problems due to the fires I explained this to the employee and she said she would be able to extend on Nov 30. Mgr stated she was not here today and I'm not going to extend your loan.
I am disappointed in his non customer service friendly attitude. This will cause a chain reaction of new promlems.

Recently paid off a installment loan for 2500 dollars exceeding 9000 in total payments.When I applied for this loan I indicated payment would be made each month on the second wed of each month.That was not a problem Loan was paid off this past Aug.Now Advance America is attempting to retrieve late fees on this account.No mention of late fee concerns were ever addressed during the duration of this loan nor were they reflected in my monthly receipts as to payments made to date and remaining balance.You have received 5 times the value of the original loan apparently this is not enough.Had this issue been addressed at the onset of this loan or thru out the duration of the loan I may have been able to make adjustments as to payments.This information was provided to me by my local Advance America Manager here in Clovis Ca.I have been a loyal customer for several years.I informed him today that I will no longer patronize Advance America a d take my business elsewhere.and furthur more will not be making any further payments for any so called late fees I knew nothing about
I do not recommend Advance America as a source for any type of loans the offer.

I didn't apply for a loan didn't sign any paperwork. They copied my personal info anyway. Drivers liscense, ss card, proof of residence, proof of income, etc. I requested the copies be returned or destroyed. I was told no and threatened to be thrown out if I didn't leave. Is it this company's policy to steal peoples personal info then threaten them when they request it back. I was told it was company policy. Is that true. Violating my right to privacy is company policy? I still want my records returned and an apology. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities and expect my documents returned, an apology, and the employee who threatened me reprimanded! Anyone there care to explain this behavior and absolutely inappropriate and appalling behavior by one of your managers? This is how your company treats customers. It is unprofessional and insulting. She violated my right to privacy and threatened and insulted me. Absolutely the worst treatment I have witnessed by a so called professional. This lady was a completely disrespectful and rude employee. She doesn't deserve to lick the bottom of my shoe. I didn't serve my country for 8 years to be disrespected by a ignorant immoral person. If she is any indication of the type of employees that work there. Then this is the worst company I've ever encountered. I would be ashamed to say I worked for this company. What a disgrace!

I have been trying to reach your headquarters with no luck. My friend just got ripped off from your company and the man from Rhode Island was using foul language to him. He was ripped off for 4500.00 and his account is overdrawn and paying big fees. At the bank. He has called you company and they won't do a thing about it. I called the fbi state police and attorney generalMaura Healey of ma. They are all going to meet him here at my house and provide a pro bono lawyer for him. They want to see all the messages and gift card receipts. This is not fair and they will press charges after they see the reports. Eleanor gallo

I've been going to your office on Carson street but you closed them down. So was told to go to the on on Sepulveda (home Depot) but they treat me like I'm a thief!! Couldn't find my paper work!, then, wouldn't deposit my EDD check from the government!! Something to do with couldn't verify!! And I opened an account (Purpose card) because of the check!! Your company (claiming to be you) took over $3000 from me (fraud) now my bank wants money I don't have!!!

Connie molina the manager in denver 8th and Pecos is the most difficult person to work with. It took me two hours to get a loan.she called all my references and my work.we've been dealing with advance America for years and she is letting her position get to her head.we will never used you again. and Connie Spain. Store Manager Sandra on Durango Las Vegas Nevada. I filed Bankruptcy in the past and it was dismissed. The store manger refuse to give me any more then a $ 100.00 she states the system only allows her to loan $ 100.00.I know that is not true! I feel she discriminated against me and I may contact my lawyer. I have had enough of her smart mouth to she is not a good manager and should be fired! Why do you allow people like her to work for the company!As a manger she should have better understanding I was going through a ruff patch in my life and had no choice to file bankruptcy and that was in the past and is cleared. So why she discriminates is the question she face when I take her and this company to court!

I took out a title loan and when I was done paying it off they returned the title to me with a lean still on my car. They didn't tell me I had to go take off the lean myself they directed me to dps to take the lean off my car and turns out I had to go to the court house and pay 33 dollars to get the lean removed

I was called today to my work place with people who claim to work for your company . Their phone number is and they want me to send the money to them using Green Dot Com ,Western Union or Money Gram . The name of the persons are Michael Lee and John White . They claim to work for Investigation Department Of Chicago Illinois . Please alert your customers , you guys are doing good job but some people they want to put you down . I spoke to your Customer Service and she was very good

5 employees in the building and 3 customers... Only one was helping customers. I waited over 30 min to even be asked to the counter. I was late for my appt and they were NOT at all friendly. I have never had a worse experience with advance America and I will not be using this location again

My husband and I have been going to the BaldHill Road location for approximately 3 years. We deal with both Erica and Chrissy. They are both amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and are absolutely fantastic employees!! Thank you
