I have bought several court shoes prior from Adidas however this new court shoes one of them came unglued the door from the top of the shoe . I could have been invited as it happen while I was playing pickleball

Customer service is THE WORST. Mi adidas order was a size and a half too large and I was told I would be reimbursed and they never did. Called 5 separate times trying to get a hold of customer service, I waited 45 minutes before finally giving up. Never ordering through them again
